QUALIFICATION:
Education: 3 years of apprenticeship
Completed vocational training as Baker or comparable qualification
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Preparation of breads, rolls, cakes, and snacks according to specifications
* Compliance with hygiene and safety standards (HACCP)
* Operating and monitoring baking equipment (ovens, mixers, cooling and storage facilities)
* Quality check of dough and baked goods
* Sensory assessment of products and reporting deviations
* Collaboration in product design, product range maintenance & new creations
* Documentation of recipes, batches, shelf life and quality control
* Team work in shifts (early, late or night)
* Controlling product and portion & waste prevention
* Supporting inventory, cleaning, and maintenance
