QUALIFICATION:
3 years of apprenticeship
Completed training as a Coating Technician / Painter / Varnisher or comparable qualification
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Preparing, priming and painting of components, products or vehicles according to specifications and guidelines
* Operating and adjusting automatic paint sprayers or manual painting, taking into account coating thicknesses, surface quality, and drying times
* Preparing and post-processing: cleaning, deburring, sanding, filling, sealing
* Controlling quality of surfaces for ventilation, gloss level, hardness, and adhesion; documenting work results
* Setting up and retrofitting work as well as troubleshooting during painting processes
* Maintaining, cleaning, and servicing of work equipment, machines, and work areas
* Compliant with safety and environmental standards (VDE/DGUV, hazardous substances, and fire protection regulations)
