QUALIFICATION:
Education: 5 years at vocational schools by commercial & business training programs, particularly with a focus on Controlling
Further qualifications: Business Administration / Statistics / Business Mathematics / Accounting are advantageous
Completed university degree in Business Administration / Economics / Finance, or comparable
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Preparation and analysis of budget, forecast, and planning processes
* Presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements from a controlling perspective (review of variances, margin analyses)
* Development of key performance indicators (KPI dashboards) to measure economic performance
* Conducting cost and performance accounting, investment calculations, and ROI analyses
* Conducting cost centre and profit C&L controlling, variance analyses, and recommendations for action
* Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering with specialist departments
* Optimization of processes, controlling tools, and controlling reporting
* Participation in audits, compliance, and governance-related topics
* Providing ad hoc analyses for management and leadership
