Job Description

QUALIFICATION:
Education:
Bachelor´s and Master´s degree programs at Universities or Technical Colleges in the fields of “Human Resources Management” / “Business Administration” / “Management” / “Business Psychology”, but also a Doctoral Program can be completed
Degree program – Human Resources Management - key curriculum topics: 
Personnel Planning / Strategic HR Management / HR Marketing / Personnel Development / Business Administration / Labor Law / Intercultural Skills / Employer Branding / Change Management 

Completed degree in Human Resources / Law / Business Administration or comparable qualification

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: 
* Advising and supporting departments on all HR-related issues (employment law, HR processes, compensation, benefits)
* Support of HR projects, talent management, and personnel development
* Participation in recruiting, on-boarding, employment forms, and contract drafting
* Contact person for employees on topics such as working hours, absences, and conflict resolution
* Participation in labour and data protection compliance and audits
* Creation, maintenance and reporting of HR key performance indicators
* Support of personnel planning, budgeting, and reporting to management
* Administration of personnel files, contract documents, and relevant documents

skills_and_requirements
A - Several years of professional experience in HR as HR officer, HR generalist, or similar B - Sound knowledge of labour law, payroll, and HR processes C - Ideally, experience with HRIS/HR software (SAP HR) D - Confident use of MS Office E - Excellent communication, facilitation, and consulting skills F - Discretion, service-oriented approach, good stakeholder management G - Very good written and spoken German & English skills
