QUALIFICATION:
Education: 3.5 years apprenticeship
Completed training as Optician / State-certified Optician or comparable qualification
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Professional advise on glasses sizes, materials, frames, lenses, and contact lenses
* Conducting eye tests, refraction tests, and head height measurements
* Manufacturing, fitting and repairing glasses, including readjustments
* Maintenance of sales area, presentation of products and conducting inventory checks
* Documentation of therapies, lenses, prescriptions, and customer data in accordance with data protection regulations
* Collaboration with ophthalmologists, hearing aid acousticians (if relevant) and the team
* Supporting marketing campaigns, new customer acquisition, and customer satisfaction
* Participation in training courses on products, techniques, and quality standards
