Job Description

QUALIFICATION:

Education:

Bachelor´s or Master´s degree programs at Universities or Universities of Applied Science, e. g. in the fields of “Product Management” / “Marketing” / “Innovation Management” / “Product Engineering” or “Industrial Engineering” - Doctoral Program is a further option

Bachelor´s program – Product Management - key curriculum topics:
Business Administration / Market Research / Industrial Design / Product Development / Quality Management / Product Design  

Master´s program
:
Competences in the respective field are further deepened, specialized and expanded

Completed university degree - ideally in Business Administration / Computer Science / Engineering or related fields – MBA degree preferred

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: 
* Strategic product planning, road-mapping, and lifecycle management
* Market, competitor, and customer research – “voice of customer”
* Derivation of product stories and requirements
* Creation of business cases, ROI analyses, and pricing strategies
* Definition of KPI-based tracking, experimentation, and performance measurement (A/B testing, MVPs)
* Feature prioritization, backlog management, and release planning
* Collaboration with Sales, Engineering, Design & Marketing
* Interface with stakeholders at all levels
* Product presentations to CXO teams

skills_and_requirements
A - Professional experience in product management, ideally in digital product environment B - Experience with product management tools, data analysis (e.g., GA/SQL) & experimentation C - Strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of UX and user-centric design D - Excellent communication skills, teamwork and independent work style E - Willingness to travel or work remotely, depending on the model F - Business fluent in German & English
