QUALIFICATION:

Education – key facts:

* Training at schools for social care professions or agricultural colleges
* 200 hours of theoretical instruction + 200 hours of practical experience through internships
* Practical component = 120 hours in outpatient settings & 80 hours in semi-residential settings
* Optional: Courses & programs at Adult Education Institutions (BFI, WIFI)

Admission requirements:
* Minimum age of 18 years
* Successful completion of the 9^th grade
* Good health condition, physical and mental resilience
* Optional – Class B driver´s license

Completed or comparable qualification in the care sector as Nursing Assistant / Care Worker or relevant professional experience

ACTIVITIES:
* Supporting residents with basic care and daily living activities (e.g., personal hygiene, mobility, eating)
* Supporting residents with personal activities, motivation, and social support
* Assisting with the implementation of care plans and documenting observations
* Accompanying residents on recreational and exercise activities
* Collaboration with the nursing team, doctors, therapists, and family members
* Adherence to hygiene, infection control, and safety regulations
